How it works

Our IICRC team brings special equipment to rapidly remove water and measure saturation levels. Then we set up dehumidifiers to fully dry out your home or commercial building.

Once we’ve reached acceptable moisture levels, we begin our restoration and repair work, updating you and your insurance adjuster as we go.

First steps

If you have flooding, the first thing to do is call your insurance company and check that it's covered under your policy.

Once we verify your claim number, we immediately dispatch our crew to remove the water from your premises and take readings to measure moisture levels.

Remediation and repair

Once we’ve assessed the situation on-site, we put together a scope of work for your claim, set up equipment to completely dry out your home, and check every 24 hours until we’ve reached the optimum drying level.

When we’re satisfied your home is perfectly dried out, we safeguard it against mold developing and get to work on repairing the damage and restoring your home to new condition. During this entire process, you and your adjuster are informed of all steps taken at all times.
